Half wigs are a great way to give majority of your hair a break, while rocking a quick style that’s both cute and wearable. There are plenty of half wigs these days that are affordable and long lasting but blending them with natural hair can sometimes be quite the task. We’ve provided you with five simple ways to easily blend natural hair with half wigs!

1.Top bun

The top bun is a great way to easily blend your natural hair with the wig hair. Simply put your hair into a bun style, clip the wig in the back, and blend some of the wig hair into the bun to add volume.

2. Wand it or roll it

If your wig style consists of looser waves than your actual natural texture you can blend your hair by either wand curling it or rolling it. The less hair you leave out for this style, the better you will be able to blend.

3. Pony tail

Just like with the top bun, a ponytail can make your half wig appear to be more natural. For your hair length and volume to match with the wig add some of the wig hair to the ponytail.

4. Pump it up

5. Twist or braid out

When your half wig closely matches your natural hair a great way to add that final touch is by doing a twist out or braid out on your natural hair. Section a small amount of hair in the front, then twist it or braid it until you are ready to blend it with your half wig.

Will you be trying any of these blending techniques?
