When it comes to beauty, sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference. While we love the look of these yellow liners, it doesn’t take wildly bold colors, expensive products, or ridiculous amounts of time to make your eyes pop. Even  if you sleep through your alarm clock in the morning and can only make up one feature — make it your eyes! Here are 5 simple tips for enhancing your eyes, especially on those days when you’re rushing out the door:

1. Use Vaseline as mascara

Rub Vaseline on your eyelash + eyebrow brush, then brush the Vaseline through your lashes and lightly through your brows. It will add sheen and length to your lashes while holding your brows in place.

2. Skip the eyeliner alltogether

If time’s running out and you have to choose one beauty weapon, make it mascara. Darkening and lengthening your lashes while leaving your waterline and upper lid nude will make your eyelashes pop. You’ll look awake and subtle.

3. Tea Bag Compresses

Steep two tea bags and let them cool while you’re in the shower. When you step out, let the tea bags sit on your eyes while you brush your teeth for 2 minutes. This will reduce puffiness and fluid build up.

4. Baby Powder

To get the look of false lashes, dab a cotton swab with baby powder and run it across your lashes between mascara coats. The second coat will adhere to the powder for an even greater boost in length.

5. Outline, Then Fill

To get the perfect bold cat eye, outline the winged tip first with your liner, and then fill in after you’ve traced the shape you want.
