All I can really say is keep playing.
You learn throughout time what to do in situations and become better at them as they come.
That. Experience is best teacher.

A personnel technique I use is this:
Don't use your weapons, only the Medi Gun, your teammates should be the ones killing, also because it let's you build your Uber faster and you'll get points for healing/kill assist.
