Job Summary:

The Social & Digital Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and deploring social media strategy and content creation for multiple social media channels. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company and will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a holistic social media content plan and manage the day-to-day flow of content across all touch points and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter
  • Run efficient, thoughtful community management communications with the customer in partnership with customer brand experience team
  • Manage the development of the content calendar across all social platforms to support “always on” content, campaign's needs, giving programs and partnership needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to create retailer and promotional social media calendar
  • Develop, create graphics and engaging content.
  • Oversee digital team/content creators.
  • Collaborate with digital team on development and execution of inspiring and engaging content.
  • Develop, shoot, and produce content for the tgin IGTV series Behind the Brand, plus alternative content such as Reels and TikToks.
  • Work in partnership with the influencer team to develop a stream of UGC for organic content
  • Partner with the creative team, product marketing and content team to ideate on relevant content that ladders up to the overarching social brand marketing strategy
  • Help oversee social and community management tactics for key product launches, events, activations and help create proactive ad hoc comms as needed
  • Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions – especially in new platform innovations
  • Develop analytics reports for social media results and provide insights, recommendations and track against KPIs
  • Stay up to date on social trends and updating strategies as needed
  • Travel with leadership and events teams as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or 5 proven years of consistent experience in social, brand-building, content and digital experience (within beauty is a plus) and understanding of makeup and skincare categories
  • Photography and videography experience preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Later, Planoly)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus

Job Summary:

The Procurement & Inventory Manager will source products and services for Thank God It’s Natural (tgin) and create a buying strategy that considers the company budget and necessary supplies. The Procurement Manager will identify matching vendors and suppliers that meet the demands at the right price and will keep an open line of communication with the leadership team, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and/or the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company.
  • Forecast needs and supplies.
  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Review cost proposals and pricing information.
  • Prepare and administer contracts and purchase orders with specific vendors.
